Coaching Agreement

1. Introduction
This Agreement is between the coach (TAOD) and [Client's Name] ________________________________.

2. Coaching Relationship
2.1 The coach (TAOD) agrees to provide coaching services.
2.2 The coach is exempt from giving professional medical advice.
2.3 The coach will respond to calls and texts within 24 hours between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The coach will not respond to calls outside of these hours.
2.4 The coach is not responsible for emergencies in the client’s personal life, and their phone number must not be used as an emergency or crisis hotline. If the coach is able to help, they will, but they cannot be held accountable for missed calls.

3. Sessions
3.1 Coaching sessions will occur in person, via phone, or online via Zoom at mutually agreed times, scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
3.2 Sessions will last 75 minutes.

4. Fees
4.1 The client agrees to pay £90 per coaching session or the total package cost if chosen. Payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as outlined in Section 6.
4.2 Payments are due weekly/monthly, depending on the chosen package/session, and should be made via BACS transfer or PayPal. Package payments must be made on the 1st of the month, and all payments must be completed 48 hours before a session; otherwise, the session will not take place.
4.3 For packages:

  • The full amount can be paid upfront or split into monthly payments.

  • A 3-month package can be split into three equal monthly payments. For example, a Bronze Package costing £999 can be paid in three installments of £333.

  • A 6-month package can be split into six equal monthly payments.

All package payments are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances in Section

4.4 If payment is not made prior to the month/session, the coach reserves the right to postpone future sessions until payment is received in full.

4.5 Once a package is selected, the client must complete payment for the entire package as chosen. Switching between packages is not permitted.

5. Confidentiality
5.1 The coach commits to maintaining confidentiality unless legally required to disclose information. All data will be securely handled per the GDPR Act 2018.
5.2 Coaching discussions may be used for training or educational purposes, ensuring client anonymity.
5.3 All messages and calls will remain private, and the client is requested to respect the coach’s privacy by not sharing messages or calls with others.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
6.1 Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by the client with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling can be done once per month for 3- or 6-month packages. Additional cancellations will count as a session and be deducted from the package total.
6.2 Missed sessions without proper notice are non-refundable and will incur the full session fee.
6.3 If the client or coach experiences a prolonged serious health condition that prevents attendance, the package may be paused or refunded for remaining sessions.
6.4 If the client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
6.5 If the coach cannot attend a session due to illness or other reasons, the client will be notified, and the session will be rescheduled or refunded, as applicable.
6.6 The coach will not be available during portions of school holidays. For packages, this will not affect the client’s completion time limit.
6.7 Packages must be completed within an extended time frame.

  • A 12-week package must be completed within 16 weeks.

  • A 24-week package must be completed within 32 weeks.

7. Termination
7.1 Once committed to a package, the client cannot terminate it except under extreme health conditions as outlined in Section 6.
7.2 The client is responsible for payment of all sessions in their package. Sessions may be suspended until full payment is made.
7.3 If a client purchases a one-off 75-minute session, they are not required to purchase additional sessions or packages.
